Generation Z explores the world differently than the generations that came before them. They are wired, innovative, and connected. Their sense of community is vast and virtual. But in this fast-paced world in which they are living, many great men and women that came before serve as a reminder to be strong in the face of adversity.
Gen Z pays homage through dance to the movements, leaders, ancestors, and communities that made a difference and inspire them to sustain leadership and change for all of us - The Z Factor.
